Found these growing in the wild on the edge of the road by our house. Anyone have any idea what they are???

Look like Concord grapes to me.If so wouldn't be wild but left from a planting years ago.

Tomorrow I'll try to find the plant and get a picture of that. There are grape vines growing all over the place here but my daughter said these were in the ditch on a low plant??

That's what I thought, but it seems very late for dew berries. If one can find any, they cone in here just before blackberries.
