1951 Allis Chalmers CA just need know the weight oil for the engine and trans .
I have just got this tractor and know very little about. Just got it running after it had been sitting for several years. I know there a lot more that I will need later.

Hello and welcome .
30w and/or 10w-30 is what the manual should say. I like 10w-40 in my tractor gasoline engines. Some folks like 15w-40. Especially in the Summer months.
20w non detergent motor oil is what they put in the transmissions when they were new. Mostly, because it's what they had.
Any Universal Tractor Fluid, Hytran, or hydraulic transmission fluid will work. Most are 10w-20w type lubricants. A better alternative in my opinion.
