Allis Chalmers Model C Identification

Hi, I have a friend who just purchased the following tractor. We think that this tractor is an Allis Model C. I have attached 2 pics of the serial number which are a little hard to read but it looks to be 41818. From the Steiner Catalog this serial number would make this tractor a 1947?
Can anyone confirm the model and the year from the information that I have provided?
